The book continues the story of the nine kingdoms with Runach. Mandy's nudity, while completely and unashamedly erotic, is also innocent - almost accidental (well, sometimes it IS accidental. This reader had a problem with admiration and seeing them both as rich dilettantes who, rather condescendingly at times, cared about the "little people". Years of talking about my problems didn’t help much. If you are falling behind, you WILL catch up with this book to reference; Simple. I found a couple of areas I had not been aware of until doing the exercises and I also found some nice shifting of some of the bigger past burdens that I had been working on releasing and healing.
